Service Description

Begin your day right with a beautiful sunrise tour on our SUPs (stand up paddle boards). We will start with a quick warm-up on the beach before we head out to enjoy the sunrise on the sea. Caroline will lead the group in a magical yoga class as the sun rises in the sky and Becky will be capturing amazing shots which you will have as a beautiful souvenir of this experience. We will end the class with some time for free play where you have the option to swim around, chill on your SUP, strike a pose for more photos, or work on some yoga poses on your SUP! See you bright and early! What is included : * Stand-up paddle board & its equipment * 1 bottle of water What is NOT included: * Transport to and from activity * Sunscreen / sun cream * Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available) What to bring: * Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L) * Protective clothing * Sunscreen/cream * Bathing suit * Towel Requirements: students must be able to swim or must use a provided life vest and cannot exceed 115 kg.
