As the seasons shift from the heat of summer to the cooler, grounding energy of autumn, our bodies and hormones naturally seek balance and nourishment. Align with the Seasons is a holistic experience designed to support women through this seasonal transition using the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda. Through a fluid, hormone-balancing yoga practice, we’ll cultivate warmth, stability, and inner alignment—encouraging the body to flow with the rhythms of nature rather than resist them. You’ll also enjoy an interactive Ayurvedic workshop where you will discover how to harmonize your body, mind, and hormones during the autumn transition through nourishing foods, Ayurvedic routines, and mindful lifestyle practices. During the workshop you will be offered an Ayurvedic inspired drink and snack crafted to ignite digestion, calm the nervous system, and restore inner vitality. Join us in this sacred space to center, realign, and reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence as you move gracefully into the cooler months. Cancellation Policy
Participants are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled experience date. If participants cancel their reservation between 48 hours and 24 before the scheduled experience date, they are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience date are not eligible for a refund. The same applies to no-shows.
