Service Description
Our most stable session! The class begins with a welcome on the mat and then gets into a 75 minute yoga class that will have different themes & intentions for each week. This class will either be a vinyasa style (more fluid movements) or a yin style (focusing more on flexibility with less movement). Yoga mats are provided on a first-come, first-served basis so please bring your own if you can!

Cancellation Policy
Participants are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled experience date. If participants cancel their reservation between 6 days and 2 days before the scheduled experience date, they are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience date are not eligible for a refund.
