An immersive day of movement, breath, and adventure in the crystal-clear waters of the Paralimni area. Beyond the Surface brings together yoga, breathwork, SUP, snorkeling, and freediving to explore how skills developed in one practice can open up new possibilities in another. Through mindful movement, breathing and relaxation techniques, and hands-on water experiences, you'll learn to work with your body, build confidence, and explore your own potential. The day begins with yoga and pranayama, followed by an introduction to freediving techniques, including equalization and breath-hold training led by certified freediving instructor Andrei from Hydrosphere Dive Club in Protaras. You'll then take these skills into the water, alternating between a guided SUP tour with snorkeling and a freediving experience at the Cyclops Cave. Whether you are a complete beginner, have some experience, or are simply curious about exploring something new, this experience offers an opportunity to learn, challenge yourself, and connect with like-minded people.
