Experience a transformative evening with us where the natural beauty of the setting sun meets the soothing sounds of the handpan. This unique class is designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, while you float on your Standup Paddle Board (SUP) at the beautiful Germasogeia Dam in Limassol. Before the sun begins to set, we will paddle our SUPs out to the yoga dock on the water and you'll position yourself either lying on your back or seated on your SUP, letting the water rock you into a state of deep relaxation. Surrounded by the calming embrace of nature, our skilled handpan player, Thabet, will soothe your senses through a beautiful sound bath and your SUP instructor will be present to watch over everyone's safety and take some pictures and videos so you can just relax. The rhythmic sounds of the handpan, combined with the natural ambiance of the water and the transitioning sky, will help you release stress, find inner peace, and connect with the present moment. As the sky turns into beautiful sunset colors and the stars begin to come out, you'll leave the session feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and peaceful. No prior paddle boarding experience is required.
