Service Description

This class starts with a 10 min welcome & warmup and then we move onto the water for an hour and 15 minute long tour around Aphrodite's Rock. As the sun begins to set, we will relax on our SUP boards and enjoy the sunset together as the instructor takes pictures and captures these magical moments! If you are new to SUP, don't worry! Your instructor will be with you at all times and will teach you the basics so you know how to position yourself on the board, proper paddling techniques, and safety guidelines. You can even try some "easy" yoga poses if you feel adventurous! *** This tour requires at least 2 participants - in the case of only 1 participant booking, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund provided. What is included : * Stand-up paddle board & its equipment * Over an hour of guided SUP tour * Time to paddle around, relax, & enjoy the views * Photos & videos taken by instructor's iPhone What is NOT included: * Transport to and from activity * Sunscreen / sun cream * Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available) What to bring: * Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L) * Protective clothing * Sunscreen/cream * Bathing suit * Towel Requirements: students must be able to swim or must use a provided life vest and cannot exceed 115 kg.
