Service Description

We begin our class on the beach with a quick warm-up and the basics breakdown of our SUPs (stand up paddle boards). We will then move onto the water for a 30 minute SUP tour to the sea caves and participants will have snorkel equipment to go into the water for a swim and snorkel. We will take some pictures and enjoy the sea caves before we paddle another 5 minutes to a more private location where we can relax, swim, and snorkel in gorgeous blue water until it's time to paddle back to the beach. The tour will last 2 hours with one paddling session of about 40 minutes in the beginning, 40 minutes for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing, and 40 minutes paddling back. * Some group & individual photos will be taken by the SUP instructor during the tour & will be available to participants within 48 hours of the class. What is included : * Stand-up paddle board & its equipment * Guided tour to the sea caves * Private location to relax with views of Capo Greco * A few individual/group photos taken on instructor's iPhone What is NOT included: * Transport to and from activity * Sunscreen / sun cream * Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available) What to bring: * Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L) * Protective clothing * Sunscreen/cream * Bathing suit * Towel Requirements: students must be able to swim, must have a certain level of fitness that allows them to paddle for 40 minutes at a time, cannot exceed 115 kg (due to SUP board requirements), and must have some previous experience on a standup paddle board. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will not enjoy the class as it will be too difficult and may find themselves falling behind during the tour.
