Thalassa Yoga Cyprus Disclaimer: Safety and Risk Acknowledgement: Participation in yoga, SUP yoga, snorkeling, freediving, and underwater photography experiences involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to potential injuries, accidents, or health complications. It is the participant's responsibility to assess their own physical and mental capabilities to ensure they can safely engage in these activities. Use of Images: During the experience, images may be taken that include participants' faces. By participating, individuals grant consent for the use of these images for promotional purposes by the organizers. If participants wish to opt-out, they must notify the organizers in writing before the experience begins. Cancellation Policy: Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that may compromise safety. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling or provide refunds. Rescheduling Policy: In the event that organizers reschedule the experience due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and will receive an email with the new information. Classes will be automatically rescheduled for the next available date for the exact same class. If participants are unable to attend at the rescheduled date/time/place, it is the participant's duty to inform the organizers at least 24 hours before the class starts. Participants will not receive a refund if they fail to inform the organizers at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling by Participants In the event that the participant(s) is unable to attend their booked event/class, they must inform the organizers at least 24 hours before the class begins in order to reschedule their booking. No refund will be given if participants notify the organizers less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Equipment and Attire: Participants are responsible for bringing their own water necessary for their hydration needs. Appropriate attire such as bathing suits, sunscreen, sun protective clothing, etc., should be worn during the activities to ensure comfort and safety. Organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the experience. Damage Waiver Policy At Thalassa Yoga Cyprus, we strive to provide you with exceptional experiences and services. As part of our commitment to your safety and enjoyment, we require all clients to adhere to the following damage waiver policy. Acceptance of Responsibility : By participating in our activities, clients accept full responsibility for any equipment provided by Thalassa Yoga Cyprus during the duration of the activity. Care and Respect for Equipment: Clients must treat all equipment with care and respect. Any intentional or negligent damage to the equipment is the responsibility of the client and may result in additional charges. Loss or Damage: In the event that equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during the activity due to client negligence, the client agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment. Reporting of Incidents: Clients must promptly report any incidents involving lost or damaged equipment to Thalassa Yoga Cyprus staff. Assessment of Charges: In the event of damage to or loss of equipment, Thalassa Yoga Cyprus will assess the extent of the damage or loss and inform the client of any charges incurred. Payment of Charges: Clients agree to pay any charges associated with lost or damaged equipment promptly upon receipt of the invoice from Thalassa Yoga Cyprus. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding damage charges will be resolved through fair and transparent communication between Thalassa Yoga Cyprus and the client. Equipment List: 1 Standup Paddle Board, 1 leash, 1 Paddle (2 parts), 1 Fin (Tigerxbang brand) or 3 Fins (Feath-r-lite brand), 1 Repair Kit, and 1 Backpack. Cost of Equipment: 1 Standup Paddle Board (300 EUR), 1 leash (25 EUR), 1 Paddle (65 EUR), 1 Fin (35 EUR for Tigerxbang brand) or 3 Fins (50 EUR Feath-r-lite brand), 1 Repair Kit (20 EUR), and 1 Backpack (60 EUR). Refund Policy Cancellation by Participant: Participants are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled experience date. If participants cancel their reservation between 2 days and 6 days before the scheduled experience date, they are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience date are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that organizers cancel the experience due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to a full refund. Efforts will be made to notify participants of cancellations as soon as possible. Rescheduling Policy: In the event that organizers reschedule the experience due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and will receive an email with the new information. Refunds are not provided for any portion of the experience not utilized by the participant. By booking a retreat with TYC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Booking and Payment**: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your spot. Full payment must be made by bank transfer 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Payments can be made via Revolut or another type of bank transfer.

2. **Cancellation Policy**. Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund. In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by TYC, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

3. **Travel Insurance**: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, travel delays, and cancellations.

4. **Health and Medical Disclaimer**: Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. It is advised to consult a physician before participating in any physical activities if you have any health concerns. TYC is not liable for any injuries or health issues that occur during the retreat.

5. **Transportation**: The organizers may use their personal vehicles to transport participants to certain activities during the retreat. By agreeing to be transported in the organizers' personal vehicles, participants acknowledge and accept that TYC and the vehicle owners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or death that may occur during transportation.

6. **Personal Responsibility**: Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the retreat. TYC is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items. Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously, adhering to the retreat and accommodation guidelines and respecting other participants as well as the organizers and other guests at the accommodation. If participants do not respect the rules and are asked to leave the premises, participants will be responsible for finding and paying for their own accommodation nearby.

7. **Force Majeure**: TYC is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or strikes.
8. **Photo and Video Release**: By attending the retreat, participants consent to being photographed and filmed, and grant TYC the right to use such media for promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, they must inform the organizers in writing before the retreat starts.

9. **Governing Law**: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
